How can I make a return to receive a refund?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@essencestyle.co and include your order number.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted. Once we receive your parcel, it will be inspected for its condition, smell, and packaging. Please note that if the returned items fail to meet these criteria, we will not be able to process your return and will send the items back to you.
